Myspace shows off incoming redesign in new video
Twitter being the go-to social platforms for many of the sector. The people behind Myspace wish to change that with an upcoming redesign. Obviously, Myspace has passed through multiple redesigns formerly, but this new one is very eye-catching, and you may get your first examine it in a preview video posted after the jump.
Right off the bat, it’s obvious that the hot Myspace goes to be quite the departure from the Myspace we’re used to. The main focus on music and entertainment remains in tact, but user profiles have become completely overhauled. What surprises us the foremost is how beautiful everything looks, especially when Myspace is coming from a layout that cannot exactly be described as “gorgeous.”
Looking on the video below, evidently Myspace designers have drawn inspiration from the likes of Pinterest and Microsoft‘s Metro UI. Everything comes together to form a very sleek look, and contact us crazy, but this redesign may do something to bring users back to the service, which have been suffering by the hands of Facebook for years now. Speaking of Facebook, it appears that evidently the brand new Myspace will sport Facebook and Twitter integration to some extent. It also adds such things as a dedicated music player and a persistent navigation bar, so yeah, here’s going to be a horny massive redesign.
No word yet on when this new redesign will land, but people who are desirous about this redesign can leave their email address to “request an invitation.” It’s unclear whether that invite may be for a beta or the complete blown launch of the recent Myspace, but we’re tempted to think it is the latter. What do you watched of this new Myspace design? Is it enough to get you to go back to the social network?
