Samsung: “We will continue until our arguments have been accepted”
An internal memo distributed among Samsung employees was published, with the company’s execs expressing “disappointment” on the $1bn Apple verdict last week, but vowing to fight on nonetheless. The document, released through Samsung’s corporate blog, paints Apple as lawsuit-fixated, with Samsung saying it “initially proposed to barter with Apple rather than going to court, as that they had been considered one of our most necessary customers.”
That relationship sees Apple spend billions of bucks once a year on Samsung components, including systems processors for iOS devices, flash memory, and more. Despite Samsung’s claimed reluctance to take the arguments into the courtroom, however, the corporate says “Apple pressed on with a lawsuit, and we have got had little choice but to counter-sue.”

HTC: “We are coming back.”
Bloomberg reports that Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, has sent out a email designed to rally employees, describing how the corporate should familiarize yourself with the present situation.
In the e-mail, Chou lays out how the corporate must “kill bureaucracy” while improving communication, happening to assert, “We have people in meeting[s] and talking at all times but without decision, strategic direction or sense of urgency. Bureaucracy crept in without clear ownership. We agreed to do something but we either didn’t do it or executed it loosely.”

Total Recall Jessica Biel interview: “we were confused constantly”
One of the largest questions of either of the iterations of the Rekall story was asked of actress Jessica Biel during our visit to the entire Recall 2012 press junket. That query was on what preparations she did for a personality that could really well haven’t actually been real to anyone but Dennis Quaid, a fellow whose own struggles with the truth of his situation is the root for the entire plot of the film. Biel let or not it’s known that not just did she have many discussions with the director Len Wiseman on what stance she was to soak up her role, but even if she was real within the first place.
